East Asian Wilderness Medicine

East Asian Wilderness Medicine (EAWM) is dedicated to the provision of healthcare in the wilderness and remote areas, as well as humanitarian relief through East Asian medicine services including acupuncture and Classical Chinese herbal medicine. 

In addition to its clinical focus, EAWM also has a focus on research into Chinese herbal and acupuncture treatment for wilderness and travel-related medical conditions such as frostbite, infectious diseases, acute care and pain management, and high altitude illnesses.
